Goods Security and Safety

Producer shall ensure that all garments are stored securely and protected against theft, damage, or environmental hazards until delivery.

Any loss or damage prior to delivery will be the responsibility of the Producer.

Garments Quality and Rejection

All garments must meet the agreed specifications, quality standards, and approved samples.

Buyer reserves the right to reject defective or non-conforming goods.

Rejected goods must be replaced or corrected at Producer’s expense within a reasonable timeframe.

Payment Terms

Option A (FOB Basis): Payment shall be made through bank transfer, with 30% advance upon order confirmation and 70% upon delivery and acceptance based on FOB terms.

Option B (CM Basis): For cut‑and‑make (CM) based work, payment shall be made through bank transfer, with 100% upon delivery and acceptance.
