Goods Security and Safety:
# Producer shall ensure that all garments are stored securely and protected against theft, damage, or environmental hazards until delivery.
# Any loss or damage prior to delivery will be the responsibility of the Producer.

Garments Quality and Rejection:
# All garments must meet the agreed specifications, quality standards, and approved samples.
# Buyer reserves the right to reject defective or non-conforming goods.
# Rejected goods must be replaced or corrected at Producer’s expense within a reasonable timeframe.

Payment Terms:

Option A (FOB Basis): Payment shall be made through bank transfer with 30% advance upon order confirmation and 70% upon delivery and
Option B (CM Basis): For cut‑and‑make (CM) based work, payment shall be made through bank transfer, with 100% upon delivery and acceptance.
